how do i overclock my amd 3200??

I'm using a Hiper HPU-4K580-MK Type R 580W my self, very nice peice of kit, btw as a heads up it's cheaper from PC world if you order from there website and use the collect@store option, plus theres no postage.

Seriously if you want to learn overclocking, dont do it on your current PC! See if you can do it on a older one which you dont mind cooking. But if you insist on doing so, then make sure any increments on voltages, multiplier, fsb are very small.
