I subscribe to Custom PC, nice and cheap since theres no extra CD/DVD. Yeh the new mag is out, got a nice semi-useless huge fan review (useful for when you are shopping for efficient/cheap fans, useless for entertaining reading material)...

i seen to notice that when pc format bring out their mag 2 weeks before custom pc that custom pc would somehow be doing alot of the same thingss as PC format. comp for less that £500 etc. I might stop buying custom pc if they dont start getting their own ideas because a mag that bascially copyings the other is no good lol jsut extra room in my cupboard

Its debatable - i have had problems with dennis subscriptions recently and they now seem to be saying in the mag that you should just subscribe to ur local newsagents!

That's what I did when it came out.

I subscribed when it first came out but found none of the articles were any good. There wasn't anything I didn't already know. And the top 10 (or whatever) list rarely changed.

Is subscribing to any mag worth it though? Most hardware has already been reviewed on a number of websites with more details and better pics. Plus the reviews normally link to a discussion thread where you can get more opinions.

After custom pcs PSU test at the tagan factory in germany (they didnt say that it was there
but it was) where the tagan come out on top, I have always had some doubt that they have
100% impartiality.

but I do like their big hardware round ups as they are much more in depth than other mags.

It may be more expensive but i have never once bought it and thought ive wasted my money so you can hold me to blame if u dont like it
