Question Memory config with 939 CPU

I currently have two 512mb Corsair CMX512-3200XLPRO sticks in my pc, I am upgrading to a X2 4400+ 2mb and the Asrock dual sata2 to use my existing AGP card.

So the question is, am i better off shelling out for two 1gb sticks or buy an extra pair of 512mb sticks?

Does the 939 have issues with four sticks?

for both performance and a small overclock...

    Thanks

depends on the board some of the cheaper revert to ddr333 with four sticks some don't if you already have two and your board will run four in ddr400 or above just get another two
