    Which Ram?

I'm looking to update my system to a conroe one. I was thinking of getting an E6600 conroe, but i'm not too sure about the motherboard or the ram?
I've got a budget of about £140 for the ram and about 120 for the motherboard.
Also would the rest of my comp be fine with this upgrade? I'd be keeping the:
    400W Tagan PSU
    Audigy 2ZS
    200 Gig Hdd
    Case
    X800GTO2 graphics card
    and the monitor.
I'm going to be doing this as i've had loads of problems with my current setup, so am thinking of just starting over.
Any advice on the ram and mobo would be great.

Choose a board and then go to the manufacturers forums and see what luck people are having with different RAM.

These Conroe boards are EXTREMLY picky about RAM.

The rest of your system if fine, although a Conroe system will be somehwat wasted when paired to an X800GTO2, even if you have unlocked its pipelines.

OK, might wait for the next boards to come out then, yeah i was thinking the x800 might not be able to keep up with the rest of the system. I'm going to keep that and upgrade to a DX10 card when they're out. I just can't use my system as it is at the mo!
It's really slow and i can't access the bios setup to overclock my system.

That ram was perfect, went to order it tonight, but it's not on special offer now..grr!
Was about to order the cpu, ram and mobo as well!...think i might wait a week to find the right ram now.
Any other ideas on the ram?
I've been researching motherboards..i'm so confused by which one to go for, if I should wait for the RD600 ati boards, or the one's coming from nVIDIA or just take the plunge now with one of the asus boards.
