    just want to no if this the best Air heatsink out there at the mo.

    Well, it ran my PD920@4G at C/W of 0.19, just a few degrees under the throttle threshold.

    If you're not running something >150W like mine I would also recommend the CNPS-9500 too

    Aint much on air that will take over 150watt. For AMD though the zalman is about the best. really benefits from artic silver rather than the supplied grease too.
