Not really as s/h 2x512Mb kits are going for lower than that e.g. I could do you 2x512Mb Patriot XBLK (2-2-2-5 a@400, 3-4-4-8 @533) for less.

nope thats expensive imo... ddr is getting cheap now... especially 512mb sticks
