Let's try again then. Now includes a picture in-situ wedged between a speaker and the skirting board. Thanks to Behappier for the hosting link.
A few notes, the fans are on a switch for emergency use only, haven't needed them yet. One is on the outside of the case because I forgot about the sound card being higher in the box than the mobo so had to move it out. HD is pretty much under the sound card (follow the IDE ribbon!). HD and Power lights are in the plastic button used to open & close the lid. I drilled holes in both ends for ventilation, box normally sits on its end with mobo in the bottom part
Very very cool indeed! That looks just excellent! Very simple and pretty unique as well.

What about heat issues? Fire risk? Cardboard is extremly poor at disipating heat, any stability issues?
Nice work though
Using the EPIA board means heat dissipation is much less important than with most boards but that doesn't mean it can be ignored. There are lots of holes in the sides of the box (which are the top & bottom as I have it on it's end) which are providing enough ventilation to keep temperatures down. With a 2.5 inch (laptop) HD the amount of heat getting generated is about as low as I think I can get.
Before I let the box loose in my sitting room I tested it thoroughly and monitored temperatures (with a digidoc) to make sure it didn't get hot. I also have speedfan running constantly with various settings to ensure it starts to beep if anything starts to look like a problem. For emergency use there's a switch to engage the two Arctic temperature sensitive fans. I haven't needed to switch them on yet and have had absolutely no problems with stability.
Nice, very neat and tidy, and like you said, not a bit of tape in sight!
