    Question Upgrade

Its about time I upgraded my computer now and I have a pretty small budget of £300 for the mobo, CPU and GPU. I was thinking Conroe e6400, Radeon x850xt and Asrock conroe945g. I would use it for work, browsing the net and playing games.

What do you think of this? Got any better suggestions
