    Need a stero audio splitter

I'm looking for a stereo audio splitter (with amp) to drive two headphones, one wired and one wireless. The Boostaroo (with USB & AC power) seems to fit the bill, but can anyone tell me if it will be able to drive my Sennheiser PC160 & wireless RS110 headphones? It says it can handle 16-32 ohms, but I've not got a clue what that actually means. Is that total (for all three outputs) or per output?

You only need a single amplified output...the wireless headphone basestation will only accept a line level input and should have a high input impedence. It cannot transmit current.
