    PSU or mobo problem?

Screen flickers when my 3.3v drops down to 3.1v and below. Also, this only occured when I installed the new RAM, which is fine as I memtest86'd it.

    psu is a hiper 480W
mobo is an asus p4p800 which is at 51C apprently, even though my CPU is at 38C O_o

    any advice? thanks

well there are two things which would make sense to try

try a new screen with the current set up..

    or try a different PSU

then eliminate the problem, if it contiunes to do so, its probably the mobo (but i doubt it)

If it only occured when you installed the new ram, surely it is possible that you could have incompatable ram or a problem with it? Memtest is not 100% accurate.

I installed new RAM 6 months ago and it has been working fine...

Just disable hardware acceleration and it seems to be better now.

Your +3.3V rail is definitely running below 5% regulation. Hiper should have at least 1 year warranty. I'd suggest you RMA it.
