Well since my air duster leaves some kind of moisture when i spray, is a tissue ok to use inside the pc case??

If it's leaving moisture I'd suggest that you're spraying too close, or the spray is bad. Don't use tissue that's for sure, you'll end up with particles all over the place, and they'll clog things as bad as dust does.
What I use most times is just paint brushes. If you get a few different ones(varying thickness and lengths) you can clean pretty much any part of your rig.
make sure you spray from far enough away and keep the canister upright.

lol,u only get moisture if you turn it up side down, all i do get a paintbrush in there and hoover it out never broken a pc yet
don't use tissue.....lots of fluff and dust from that!

and harry1 hoover is not the best idea in a pc they give off a lot of static energy when they are switched on
you could use a soft lint free cloth, they shouldnt leave any dust
