Right i can getting a shuttle for Christmas. I can rather put a 2 gig p4 in it for free. Or Get a Barton XP2500 which one should i get , i have to buy the Barton but there quite cheap.

Go for the Barton in my opinion.
I'd say it depends if you've got all the other stuff required for the shuttle, say graphics card, hard disk, dvd/cdrw combo drive etc.
If it was a choice between properly kitting out the shuttle with a decent graphics card/memory etc, i'd go with the p4 and spend more money on the other stuff if you've not got it.

Well the extra money i will save will be no use as i wont be buying any other hardware. As the p4 shuttle is more than the Nforce 2 shuttle.
What is the P4?? Is it an 533FSB chip??

It'll be the 400fsb model (2.0A). I'd go for the barton 2500 and clock it to 3200+ speeds
