Question NEW mobo/cpu/gfx 64bit system on a BUDGET of 150gbp!

right basically my asus a7n8x-e deluxe is done and dusted.i have GeIL 1gb pc3200 (2x512mb) dual channel value kit. i have a 2800xp barton which will go in my 2nd machine so thats no problem. i have a brand new tagan 550w mega beast psu that was recommended on here so thats cool i have a 9800pro though... so im on a budget unless we can get a nice pci-e card for 60/80quid max as im after a new mobo and gfx card (if needed) doesnt have to be SLI would be handy though.otherwise happy to go with single pci-e or even a agp 64bit mobo. just want to get something new otherwise can you recommend and link me to a suitable replacement nice enough preformance wise motherboard for my current rig? its a 2800barton, asus a7n8x-e dlx (broken) 9800pro, 1.5gb ram, hdd's galore, 4 IDE 2 SATA, 2x Optical...
basically to rap this up want either a whole new mobo and gfx card for say 150 thats 64bit that would be if possible faster than my current b0rked 2800xp system... pci-e would be nice SLI would be really nice... if not a super cheap but stable agp 64bit mobo and cpu or a single pci-e with a nice matched ati card? remember BUDGET 150 gbp.and im in the UK
    suggestions suggestions people.
thanks alot.sorry for crap explanation trying to get ready for work and post quick you know how it is lol.
opps sorry i didnt make it very clear.i meant to say 4ide drives and then a sata/ata card with 2 drives (optical) on the card and then 2 satas on the mobo or i can also use them on the card aswell.sorry for miscomfusion.

    ASRock dual sata 2 + AMD X2 3800 = ~140 quid.

Will run the 9800pro fine, and you can stick a PCI-E card in at a later date.

    Indeed ASRock are your friend

DUAL VSTA Conroe compatible mobo = 36.30

    Core 2 Duo 6300 =131.07

Slightly over budget, but gets you upgrade paths to DDR2 memory and PCIe graphics.

Hmm, just noticed the 4 IDE drives requirement. Not seen any ATA raid controllers on a motherboard for ages it all seems to have gone SATA. That probably means having to spend another 11 quid on an IDE port.

You also don't say what your 64 bit requirement is. Not seen any 64 bit benchhmarks for core2 duo CPUs yet, but AMD may be your best bet if this is important.

The Core 2 Duo chips are now faster then AMD X2s clock-for-clock.

    The pendulum has swung

opps sorry i didnt make it very clear.i meant to say 4ide drives and then a sata/ata card with 2 drives (optical) on the card and then 2 satas on the mobo or i can also use them on the card aswell.sorry for miscomfusion.

    EDIT:
looks like that passive asus gfx card is on "Pre order..." alternatives recommended by you?something tried and tested but noticable from my 9800pro
what kinda res and settings could i run for example HL2 at so i could compare it to what i can run it at now as a benchmark for preformance increase...
