anything is possible , just make sure to take everything slowly, upping the fsb 5-10mhz at a time, and making sure its stable by running something like prime95 or looping a few benchmarks of 3dmark... always make sure to check the temps of your chip... if the computer isnt stable at a new clockspeed try adding 0.05 (or the smallest increase you can) to the vCore and seeing if its stable then.. just make sure your temps are well below 60 and have fun

As said. You can also try upping the multiplier rather than FSB if your mobo permits, that way you'll keep your mobo and RAM very happy ... well within their specification anyway. XP3200+ should be VERY easy, since most XP2500+ run happily at that speed with normal type voltages.

    It's definitely possible.
Just depends on the chip really.
    Whats the stepping?

also, have a look at the database on overclockers.com to see how far your chip generally goes.
Always gives you a good idea of what to go for.
