    Fan controllers...

I was looking at fan speed controllers (especially the vantec nexus 305,) but they say only pne fan per control knob... is this just them covering their backs and its fine to add 2 or 3 per control? Or is it a good idea the limit yourself to 1 fan on each? I have 7 case fans, and it seems more sensible to control them in groups...

    Any ideas?

Generally it's fine - just don't try too fit three deltas on one channel

Seriously - you should find each controller has a power rating per channel in watts - just add up the wattage of the fans you want to connect and make sure it doesn't go over this (if the rating is not on them, then just multiply the current (amps) by the voltage (normally 12).
Now go away before I taunt you a second time.
