Okay, ad my shuttle for one day and ran into a problem When i turn my PC on the psu makes a bit of noise which i dont mind, but as soon as get into the GUI of Windows it kind of "Scretches" and makes high pitched clicking noises, i THINK its the PSU, as when i stick my head on that side its louder than the side with the GFX card on, also whenever i enter a game as well it shuts up! Its at its worst when i put a browser page fullscreen! If it helps i have an Enhance PSU, which i know, have problems

Try another ATX PSU & see if it stops. Sounds like the usual problem with 'squealing' Enhance PSU's - this problem seems to manifest itslef in most of Enhances designs. Heard it in the Biostar iDEQ & Venus 668 cases also.
Your XPC vendor should exhange the PSU for you - we certainly would, if it is the issue I think it is.
