New Setup Next Month What To Buy? Want Core2!

right want to buy a new setup next month... what do i want to get? budgets prolly 300-400 IF im lucky...
First things first I want core2duo so 6300 or 6400?
will retail cooler overclock nicely if not what cooler?
what mobo?
what ram?
what gfx card?
im in the uk.would like it to be all from scan.co.uk or www.overclockers.co.uk
or alternatively a mix of decent uk suppliers with good prices?

firstly... what have u got already? and 300-400 wont get u much.. a conroe mobo costs about 100+ and core2duo is about 120+ (non retail 6300).. that doesnt leave much for ram and gfx
plus you mite need a new PSU?
