    Shuttle RAM?

Right i'm gonna get one of those reflexion shuttles now what i ask is what type of ram should i put into it. Ideally i want a gig of RAM as i do video editing but i only want to spend around 100-140 quid.

    Any ideas?

    Regards

    Adam

Dual channel means u have 2 sticks, 1 in each slot, the chipset then uses them both dual channel mode...
