Well I am amazed at this (if you are referring to the Antec P180) as it is widly acclaimed by a great many independant reviews for its quietness (of course if you put a vacuum cleaner inside it it will still be loud), and it is possible for little extra money to replace the supplied case fans to those that are a bit quieter.

I always respect Custom PC Labs and Reviews as if something is poor or not up to the mark they say so quite clearly - even thought other 'reviewers' rave about it and regardless that it may upset their advertisers. Such honesty is refreshing, and in a mega case test the Antec P180 came out as best for airflow and cooling bar none. They also remark on how quiet it is - scientifically measured - not subjective.

Antec P180 for me (I also have an Antec Sonata and it too is quite quiet).
Try to make each and every day the best it can be.

Processor around 45 degrees but with a 200 mhrtz overclock so ....
ever thought it could be your hsf? i have a 1 ghz overclock and my temps sit at around 45-50 under load and 30 idle, you cant blame all heat uissues on the case as it could be the hsf or thermal compound of lack of decent fans
