Price Check on my gear please guys!

Hi there, in anticipation of DX10 and vista as well as the need for speed (heh) I am after selling my gear pretty soon to migrate to X2 dual core.

I am wanting to know realistically what these could go for in the FS section.

- AMD Barton 3200+ (socket A) with Thermaltake TR2 cooler (Akasa silent fan installed) cpu has never been OC'd. I paid £70 for this cpu 1.5 years ago.

- Abit KW7 Socket A mobo with latest BIOS, 5x pci, 2x SATA Raid, 2x IDE, 6x USB2 etc etc. Boared runs the VIA KT800 chipset and currently I have 2gb of xms platinum on it. RAM not included btw. Board cost me £45 IIRC about a year ago.

- Leadtek Geforce 7800GS (AGP), card is very nice, plays all games on high and the cooler is silent. Stock clocks are 375/600 but the card will oc for 24/7 usage at 420/720. This card cost me almost £200 about 2 months ago.


Any ideas? will be most handy if I can get prices sorted and sell the gear before the end of the month so I can get the new stuff sorted

is the barton an fsb 400 or 33fsb if its the 400 fsb they have been going on ebay recently for about £45-60

the 7800gs as it is on agp will probably fetch a good price as lots of people are after good agp cards you may get about £150 if your lucky

not sure on the board price mate you can pick up skt a boards for about £10 these days

Ah thanks, yes the cpu is 400fsb, the board is the newer socket A revision (kt800 chipset) so I was hoping to get around £25 for it ideally

If I can get as close to £200 for the lot as possible that will be awesome as my upgrade is going to cost me £350 !

yeah it is highly possible especially if you get the higher end of the scale on the cpu
