    Sata to Molex?

Has anyone seen or bought Sata to Molex adapter somewhere? There are tons of Molex to Sata cable but not this one. I've found one at US site but not in the UK. If you happened to find one please let me know, cheers.

I'm not sure if that really makes sense because you can get Molex extension for the 12 V rail. you are supposed to just extend it in a daisy chain.

I already have too much daisy chains and I actually want to fix that. I have recieved NeoHE 500 PSU as a replacement for my faulty NeoPower 480 but it only has 6 molex connectors which is not enough for my system. It came with a couple of modular sata cables so I want to use them as another 12V feed using this adapter.

It really defies logic to buy such a thing, a molex splitter would make more sense if you *really* needed more plugs!

Perhaps you should buy a more suitable power supply .

Tagan psu's come with sata - molex adapters, in fact the model i have, only has 1 x line of 4 molex connectors and the rest are sata, no idea why they did that, but im sure that you can buy the adapters, maybe tagan will sell you some?

Thanks Clunk, I somehow managed to persuade Antec guy to send me another Molex modular cable so don't worry.
