EQ3401A Barebones-Help Needed With Setting Up RAID O Array.

I have just ordered myself the EQ3401A Aluminium Barebones,this is my first venture into the world of SFF computers,i have only played around with the full sized versions until now.
This new computer is going to be used for gaming and as a home theater pc,plus web browsing,what i want to do is install a SATA RAID O array,i have never install or set up anything to do with raid before,so i have some questions i am hoping someone can help me with :-

1.Is it easy to do in the EQ3401A Barebones ?.
2.How do you set up and install RAID O ?.
3.What would be the best hard drives to use ?.

I will also installing the following:-
Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 256MB Graphics Card
Nebula DigiTV PCI Card
2x512mb OCZ PC3200 Platinium
Pentium 4 2800
LG DVD Rewriter

Hi Nick,

I purchase a EQ3401A PC about 5 years ago and have misplaces the drivers, utilities etc? I was wondering if I could buy a back up from you? I have searched so I could contact SOLTEK and they no longer sell this product.

Basically, my barebones machine keeps forgetting the tiem and date, I wantto replace the battery however it will lose all of the bios settings. Let me know if you are able to help and how much?
