The missus rig is running some crappy 300w PSU and I'm going to give her my thermaltake butterfly 480W so I need a new one for my new setup.

For ATX 12V power connection, it should be greater than 18A.power supply that with a -5V pin supply.
On a budget of about £50

I'd look at just the first one (the Seasonic)
Ended up ordering the 530w Tagan EasyCon - TG530-U15 - 2Force Silent Modular PSU wifey called me a silly t**t for spending that much
but I'd rarther have that than have to shell out a few hundred for replacment parts when her pos 300w no name blows takes her hardware with it

Lol, a Seasonic 430W IMO would have been better. I have the Tagan and its alright.

Savour the velcro type thingys in the Tagan box. They are o so great for cable managment!
My seasonic S12-380 is sweet.
