    Cheapest and most value for money board to run Pentium D.. Office use really..

    Cheapest, most reliable.. as title..

    It needs to house a Pentium D 945 3.4Ghz dual core..

    EDIT: And best if comes with onboard VGA

    Hmn.. how about the 4 slot DIMM equivalent?

    Just by looking, doesn't the 4 dimm version support higher memory speeds as it has it written on the board?

    The 2 dimm version has 533 and the 4 dimm 667 if I'm not mistaken. And a quick look at the Tech Spec says the 4 dimm version has a higher FSB (1066) although not sure if that makes much difference with the P4 D 945

    Well, it has DVI out for a start; and if you're planning on using it with a flat panel that supports DVI, I'd argue that that made it worth the extra, regardless of anything to do with memory.
