Will it still work?

I recently bought a Yate loon for cheap, and I snipped off the Molex connector bit.

I just took out the 3pin bit, and snipped it right at the ends, so its clean.

Now it just looks like a normal 3pin fan, as I had not need for the molex.

My question, will the fan run fine? I dont want to destroy my PC!

yes :)

yep if you removed the metal prongs to snip so theres no exposed wire coming out the plug then your quite safe :)

Agreed, just put a bit of insulating tape around the cut wires, so you don't get any short circuits and you'll be fine :)
