thanks for the advice guys, orderd the following. Not a bad budget system :D

Thanks for the all the advice guys. Finally settled on this system for a total of 319 from scan, which will be used primarily for streaming media, transcoding, downloading and burning. Aswell as the odd game of the hugely graphicly intense championship manager.

    Pioneer DVR111DB x16 BLACK
    INTEL E6300 OEM CORE2DUO CPU
    ASUS P5VD2MX S775 +VGA+PCIE
    Cors VS 1GB DDR2 240PIN CL4
    SC 8024 C34 BLK Midi case 400w
    250G Samsung SATA2 7200 8MB

And orderd the artic cooler from yoyo aswell for 12 quid.

Looks alright and should do me for now and should hopefully be pretty quiet.

    What you guys think?

for £319 looks like a bargain, you certainly wouldn't get anything that good from Dell for the same price
Contrary to the odd name and translucent-grey color, Pocari Sweat does not taste like sweat

not atall. The motherbaord looks like it will do the job, was going to go for the other m890 , but the wireless wasnt needed, and for the extra 15 quid, i didnt need the remote feature either. The case looks a bargain aswell, says it has a quiet psu, so i hope so. I know its probably a crap psu, but im sure it will do me.

Cant wait to get it all up and running, next purchase will be a 19" widescreen tft, as its eventual use will be tv for the bedroom.

Anyone reckon i should by an extra fan , for the case?
