    Shuttle Advice

Been a while since I have used a Shuttle but im on the verge of flogging off my SLI rig and going for a nice low power / noise shuttle.
Heres what I am thinking of doing.

Getting the SD32G2, Sticking in a E6600 CPU, putting in one of the 7800GTX cards from my SLI rig and then getting some DDR 2 Ram.
Then next year get a nice low power DX10 mainstream card.
Sound a good plan?, I want this shuttle as it has the smaller chassis, had the larger ones before and I really dont like them.
All that im sticking in the Shuttle is a HDD, CPU Mem vid card and X-FI card.
Oh and ill upgrade the PSU to the 300 watt version, is there a higher rated PSU for this machine? thought I saw a 350 watt model a while back?

As for a larger PSU found a few EPS ones that should work such as :

As far as I am aware this motherboard uses the standard 24 pin connections unlike the larger shuttles?
