What RAM???

I have currently bought a new xpc Shuttle and I am looking to buy some DDR2 RAM for it, but what type?
I have £165 to spend on the new RAM, and here are two I am looking at……..

tbh the best advice your gunna get right now will cost you 3.99 in the way of the latest custom pc magazine, got all the good kits tested and very in depth tests go and buy it, plus its a great pc mag to read anyway

G.Skill is a good brand and you'll be pushed to find cheaper RAM.

not all about brands though anyone can make "good ram" and thats why you wanna see whats good about differnt sets

Depends if you plan on overclocking... and whether it's for an AM2 or S775 setup?

adata do some good ram, £210 and will do 1.18ghz at 5-5-5-15 1:1 ddr2 1000

Cool what about for an AM2 4600 x2?? Is Kingston any good for RAM (DDR2) ??
yeh that is good value for money £210 but what if u dont have that much cash to spend what if you have like £150??

gskill = lifetime warranty and great overclocking ability

get the g.skill 6400 HZ's, they have micron d9 chips on them, and should be good for around 1000Mhz 4-4-4-x @ 2.2-2.3 ish

Now just find some in your price range, mine were around 175 from kustom a couple of weeks ago, everywhere else was charging 200+ for these, though kustom have now put their price up to 200 too. They are a little over your budget, but they use the same chips as the £250-300ish memory. there may still be somewhere out there...
