Overclocking 7900GTX SLI

Just got a couple of these, now, I would like some help with this, what to use, how to do it correctly, as Im rather new to Nvidia,

Install ATiTool(yup despite the name works great with nVidia) or coolbits (coolbits is nvidias own overlcoking software, very simple but wont allow the clock to go very high).

Then from there you have a slider, a temprature graph and the rest should be pretty straight forward.
