Russian Dwarf - small, aesthetically pleasing, and good eye-sight...oh wait, that's a hamster...................nevermind.
MS Explorer v3 :)
ms explorer v3 seconded :) i have the version1, which has bigger buttons which is nice for my fat fingers, but it has the problem where it doesnt scan the desk enough times per second so it can be stupid if you move it too fast... but the v3 is fine, just the side buttons are smaller :)
mark
Mx500 here but the debate could go on forever between those 2 mice, either will be excellent (just the dodgytech will be better :)).
mx500 or 700 :)
MX500 if you can not strech to the the MX700
Thanks for the input :)
mx500 or MS Explorer v3 it is then :D
Intellimouse Explorer v4 ;)
:) Are wireless and optical offerings now fine for high response type stuff (like gaming)? I'd be looking for a cordless+optical keyb+mouse combi pref mostly silver, any recs?

mx700 really is the dogs doodads, they've tweaked it all like crazy and it's *very* responsive :)
directhex: Mmm that is a lubberly bit of kit, bit pricey though lol
:D LOL. Okay any info on how far away these devices can operate? Ideally from actual experience rather than manu's estimates.
I've had my mx700 go for about 8 metres through a solid wall..
wot about the batteries? how often do you change 'em?
