Acer Aspire 5102WLMi Turion TL50 1.6GHz, Any good?

I am after a new laptop for mainly just designing websites on. It will have open at any one time manybe Photoshop, flash and outlook. So this system looks fine to handle what i need to do with room for more in the future but what i am wondering is does this system offer the best for my money? Can i get a better laptop for that money or is this the best value for my money.
