    Question Media PC Spec

A friend of mine wants a media centre pc for his living room.

I have spec'd the following, does it look ok, any compatability issues?

Also a good question, how do i connect it to the tv for the output?

    This is all from Scan.

    Thanks

I would go with the Abit nF-M2 nView myself (but I've got a well known Abit fetish ).
Seriously though look at it's specs that's what it was designed for.

What cable would you recommend to connect to a tv, as there is only a single scart socket on the back?

Buff - I'm quite interested in that board as well... I'm not sure what the onboard vga compares like to other cards however?

Just one question - why are you going for an IDE drive over a SATA?

the Silverstone cases are more classic, will blend in better with stereo components. And they make most DVD/freeview boxes look like poo in comparison - making the upgrade seem 'nicer', especially when you consider the potential issues with MCE.
