Cyhang Fun - Lights On But No One Home

Right i just got a second hand Chyang Fun CF-7989P4

Anyway, it was a barebone case with just the mobo installed, so ive purchased all the other bits i need... hard drive, cpu, dvd writer, 1gb ram... and installed it all...

When i go and start it up the lights come on, on the front of the unit, the hard drive rev's up along with the dvd drive and the cpu fan starts aswell asl the psu fan, but when i put it into my screen, the screen stays in sleep mode, no bios showing.... Nothing .. (flashed the bios)

So i tried chaning the CMOS battery, that still does not work... Anyone got any ideas?! if it is the mobo, i need one exactly the same... does anyone know where i can get one from?

Ive been told on another forum to try a new PSU and try another gfx card, tried both of the option and had no success.
