Pc for Under £350

i was wondering if somebody could find me parts for a pc for under £350 (maybe £400) that is capable of running WoW. As this is my first time building a pc i have no idea where to look!

so if its not going to be too much hassle, i was wondering if someone could hlep me.

Would you buy second hand and overclock?

If so 2nd hand Opertons are dirt cheap and when overclocked and the dogs danglies.
