Can I increase the volume on my Dell laptop?

I've got a Dell XPS M1210. It's a nice little machine, but the volume on the internal speakers doesn't quite go loud enough for me, even when I set the volume to max in Windows and in applications. Is there any way I can boost it with a software utility or hardware tweak?

When you say you've increased the Windows volume to 100%, have you also set each individual input volume to 100% (in Control Panel - Sounds and Audio Devices - Advanced) or only the master volume control?

Otherwise the answer is almost certainly no...
