need help with Optimum OC

Hi all, I just got my new comp the other day

P4 3.0Ghz
1gig OCZ PC3500
radeon 9700pro
Asus P4C800 Deluxe
Maxtor 160gig HD
Enermax 460W

I was thinking about OC this comp, thing is.. im a bit lazy and dont wanna mess around upping the voltage bit by bit. So does any1 know what the best latencys are for the memory (Does it depend on what MB i have?). I know that hexus did a review on them and choose something like 2-7-2-2 as prefered. and also whats the max voltage I can apply to the cpu on a retail fan without it burning out?
