    Which laptop manufactorer has good cutomer service

    Hi

    I'm thinking of getting a new laptop, after a bad experiences with dell and eversham customer services, I was woundering, which laptop manufactors have decent customer services?

    I've never had any problems with Compaq. I had to return it once under warranty and they collected it anf fixed it, and returned it within like 3 days iirc

    dell, as long as you don't go for the bottom-of-the-range warranty cover (i.e. gold cover is fine)
