K8V SE Deluxe POST Error

On power up I am getting a voice from the speaker saying
"System Failed due to CPU Overclocking"

No video so cant get into the BIOS. Not overclocked so not that.

Comes up on google as nornally down to either RAM issue or 4 pin power not connected but the RAM worked OK an hour before I moved it to the new case and the power is definately plugged in.

Despite this I also removed memory and reinserted 1 by 1 in different slots and still same.

I have also checked all the usual things like power connections, CPU fan plugged in, reset CMOS etc. but no joy.

Anyone got any ideas ? :confused:
