    Motherboard recommendation

Wanted a recommendation for a motherboard with good SATA support

Socket 939/AGP would be preferable - but not essentical I would also look at newer stuff.

Must have minimum of 4 seperate sata ports (6 or 8 would be better) and have a respected level of usability eg: not a crappy chipset that when one disk is in use all the other disks slow down.

    Opinions and thoughts welcome.

Does it need to be SATA2/300, or is SATA1 ok?

EDIT: would you consider an add-in card to provide more ports?

    EtheAv8r - thank you

kalniel sata 1 is fine, I would consider an add-in card but I'd be very fussy on the chipset/quality of the card.
