    Corsair xms2 6400 or Dominator

Just stopped myself buying my new memory as i have read a few reviews as of late stating that the XMS2 6400 does not overclock to well with a Core 6600 and the Asus pb5 delux wi-fi (965 chip) mobo.

Therefore wondering if it is better to pay the extra for the Dominator 8500 or a different brand completly.

Not an overclocker in the past as i have never had decent enough components, but this time i have the money to get myself a good rig with quality gear and will be tempted to dabble in the dark art or O/Cing!!.

The OCZ Gold DDR2-800 (6400) stuff overclocks well in that board.

not sure on the exact price on thedominators but remember it being high

if you want a good overclocker

supertalent 8000 stuff is really good clock at about £240
the ocz gold also is good plus
g skill do some pc8500 stuff that is highly rated at about £350 (personally i feel that g skill make cheap crap at high prices but there ddr2 is supposedly alot better quality then there ddr stuff is )

also obviously adata vitesta ddr2 ram is pretty amazing not sure on the price though
