rockdirect customer support (moblie-support)

I'm thinking of getting a new laptop from rockdirect

anyone had good/bad customer service from them

I'm asking cos I've just had horrible service from dell

Dell can be an utter pain in the backside in the Customer Service dept, but if you get the right person, then they can be great (as they were when my Dell turned up with half the discs it was supposed to).

I haven't had any specific experience with RockDirect, but Hexus seems to think their laptops are alright :)
