    worth sticking in a cheap s939 dual core?

    system in my sig has been going fine for nearly 2 years now- would i get a noticable benefit while running eve-online and Photoshop by sticking in a cheap dual core processor? (say for around £100-£150)
    AMD3000+ ATIX800XL + GBNF44x mobo.. all at stock because they're good enough atm + CA A1 amp-->Mission 73S Loigtech MX1000 + 1GB ram + 1/3 TB HD array
    Wintendo XP + Linux (when it works) .. just incase you were wondering

    Just done pretty much same thing.......................has 3200Venice and changed to a 4600X2, WoW sees no benefit, but when running skype WoW and Firefox I no Longer get slowdown, In hindsight I think i'd go with the 3800X2 and spend the extra towards somthing else
