Anyone had any experinces of sending a duff motherboard back to VIA? I'm caught in hole because I bought the board from the USA and VIA's EU support don't want to RMA because they only deal with EU sold boards. I don't really want to send it back to the US and pay postage there & back but looks like I'm going to have to...
Always been a big fan of VIA's embedded boards but it's taken months for them to recognise my board has a problem and sending it via the USA is going to take even longer. Why can't everyone work like Seagate who send you a new HD before you've even returned the old one, and they don't moan about where you bought it, they just get on with sorting out your problem.
Sorry for the rant - thanks for listening..
