use a zboard merc coupled with an mx518, my only beef with the merc (which i've found to be good and comfy to use) is the extra couple of inches in length, which isn't a lot but on my desk takes most of the shelf space, and zboard have doubled up the page up/down / delete and home keys etc on the num pad, so to use them u have to turn off the num lock which can be a tad annoying sometimes but other than that great board.

Just a quick update. After seeing it on offer at overclockers.co.uk, I decided to take the plunge and get the G15. I should have it on tuesday, so I'm looking forward to it. I'll wait until the end of the month and then order my mouse, which is likely to be a Razer Copperhead. I might see if I can get it at a shop though, as I doubt there is as much markup on peripherals as there is on internal hardware.

You wont be disappointed with the G15, it does take a few days to get used to though.

I can imagine. I'm going to have to rearrange my desk to fit it, and also stop putting my hand to the edge of the keyboard for the WASD, rather than pressing the G keys.

    Edit: Spelling

SNAP (except the icemat)! me too - they're both really good and the colours even match (hehe).

How much diff does the Icemat make?
