FOXCONN P4 LGA 775 Mobo advice?

I"m putting together a new system,,My question is I decided to go with a Foxconn motherboard P4M800P7MA and I was just wondering if anyone else had one of these and if they are as good as ,ASUS,ABIT,GIGA-BYTE?? Thx ..

Not speaking from experience here but the general online concensus on foxconn seems to be that they are easy to setup etc but are lacking in features for overclocking etc...
