    Athlon64 heat limit?

Got an A64 here, just wondered if temp limits are the same as K7s (try to keep under 60c)!

    Whats its crash/damage temp?

If the A64's follow the same serial number scheme as the Thoroughbreds/Bartons, then you'd be able to work it out for yourself. Find the serial on the CPU (It's three sets of characters), take the last 5 characters of the first set, and go over to Part 1 on http://eldren.freeshell.org/athlonxp/ - a copy of a guide I put up that explains how to interpret those characters. Of course, it doesn't cover A64, seeing as Barton was the only CPU on the horizon at the time, but hopefully much of the codes are still applicable.

PS - No, the person that wrote that guide is not our Austin - I asked ours, he said it isn't his.
