spanish mains / UK PC ??

hello all,

talk about getting asked odd questions!

someone in work has just asked me if a UK PC can be used in spain, considering that spanish mains power is likely to be different to UK mains power (well, mains power is mains power, b ut it'll be different voltages etc)

his folks have just moved to spain & have taken their PC with them & are (obviously) keen not to destroy it when the try using it

would anyone have any ideas how a UK built PC could be used in spain?? what would be required to get this working - is it just a case of using a travel adaptor or something similar, or is there more to it??

I'm sure Spain is on a 230V supply. Just buy a kettle cord that fits the European sockets.

Yup, its 230 volts AC at 50Hz like most of Europe
