Now I've got everything running fine, but when I go to shut down, the computer video input shuts down, but the computer itself is still running (ie all the lights, optical drives, etc...) Did I possibly make a bad connection, or would that be a bios concern?

Add: I have to manually turn off the computer with the back switch.

Update: Checked to make sure ACPI was enabled and updated the bios, still the problem with shutdown.

A weird side-effect is that I can turn off the computer using the front switch at any time, it's ONLY when I shut down the computer that it won't let me use the front switch, I have to switch off the main flip on the back.
