Samsung Laptop Repair
Could anyone recommend a company that repairs Samsung Laptops?
I have a P28 which is out of warranty that has died. When I power up the fan makes a noise but nothing is displayed on the screen (or monitor if I plug one in). I have tried all the obvious - battery, hdd, memory, etc.

anyone? Please?

Erm have you tried google? That throws up plenty of laptop repair outfits...
Have you removed the cmos battery at all (and yes I understand that it may be hard / impossible to find)?
You have tried everything else that I would have suggested as tests e.g. external monitor / ram etc...
Short of removing everything non critical and stripping the machine to bits you are going to be stuck...!

it sounds like it could be a dead motherboard. probably not worth fixing tbh. but if you can find a motherboard for it you could try. although i've never tried to repair a samsung I wouldn't think it would be easy

I've tried all the basics that I can, including an external monitor. I expect it is the motherboard but can't be sure.
I could try google but I was really looking for a recommendation - a company someone would trust.
I'm leaning towards another laptop - it's a Celeron based machine and although it's only just over a year old repairing is likely to be £200+ ???
