New Medion PC?

A. Is this a good deal?

B. Does anyone know anything about the components that are used, ie would the mobo and PSU allow for upgrades later on?

Medion PCs are generally pretty good, the fact that it's based around a core 2 duo should let you know that it's quality. If you're looking for a media centre or just general use PC this is awesome value.

IMO they're not aimed at technical type people who like to upgrade their computers. It's just they way the computers are loaded with bits and marketed.

I suppose you could ask one of the Aldi staff the technical details, they're bound to know more than some PC World staff
